Meet Jasmine

My lived experiences led me to become a healer. I am a dual-heritage, (Black/Biracial) driven clinician, and a social justice healer. Through keen observance of many in my family trying to navigate life by avoiding their own traumas, from an early age I was drawn to have another path, one of understanding and of one of more ease.

Throughout my life people have open up their life stories to me and since I was little, my goal was to uplift others and empower them, understanding to my core the transformation that can occur to have just one person care enough to deeply listen to you. In these experiences, there is a transforming that releases: the energy, pain and discomfort trapped in the trauma of our life stories.  Through sharing our stories, we are giving breathe and hope back into our soul.

 

My experiences as a marginalized person illuminates how I show up with you, understanding how silence, intergenerational-ancestral trauma and the overall context of the world impacts individuals and communities. In seeking to be in a healing relationship, I bring with me the values of being gentle, compassionate, honest, empowering and thoughtful. 

 

​My work centers on the collective majority of Black, Indigenous, Brown and Dual-Heritage communities and those who are living with disabilities. The intention behind all that I do is to join the collective on their distinctive journey towards Soulistic healing, empowering you in your self-worth and path of discovery and reawakening of the soul. My passions center around all areas of social, mental and ethnic /racial justice. ​
